Ryan has been incredibly helpful, and both he and Brian consistently deliver excellent work. We purchased a home a few years ago with radiant floor heating and an indirect water tank. Recently, a well pressure tank lost pressure, which caused the hot water tank to fail due to feeding the domestic water supply with over 150 PSI input. Ryan graciously took the time to walk me through replacing the tank and helped identify the root cause of the issue. This wasn’t just a single phone call—I needed support on multiple occasions, and Ryan was always patient, helpful, and willing to answer all my questions. He even managed to stop by and assist with the final steps of the repair and help further educate me on my system, squeezing me into his fully booked schedule. I highly recommend trusting ProMax with any work you’re considering.
Ryan visited us up in Naples to review our boiler and hydronic setup and to help us understand our options for replacing the boiler when the time comes. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced with these systems. He patiently explained the good and not so good details of the original 2009 installation done by another local contractor. ProMax is one of the very few contractors in the area offering air-to-water heat pump services. I hope our system keeps working fine, but when we need help or a replacement calling ProMax will be my choice.

ProMax did a fantastic job in and out at our home. I am in love with the heated driveway, watching the snow melt as it falls. They are professional, easy to work with and we would highly recommend their services.

ProMax Mechanical is an outstanding resource for any size hydronic floor heating system. I have been in the design and construction industry for over 35 years and can report that their quality, attention to detail, and hands-on commitment to perfection is unequaled. The business is operated by two brothers who are both hands-on in the design and installation of all systems. They recently completed an 8,000sf house with 2,000sf garage and 2,000sf heated driveway apron for me. The system was a multi-manifold, multi-valve modulated condensing boiler system that required a very high level of expertise for installation. Kyle Smith personally completed the majority of the install, and every aspect of his work was completed to perfection. Their copper piping work for water distribution is so perfect that other subcontractors often photograph it!! I give them my very highest recommendation and assure that you can trust them with and project, large or small, simple or complex. Thanks Kyle and Ryan!!

ProMax installed our entire boiler system and they have also installed an outdoor gas line for our firepit. They have been very professional and follow up to make sure that everything is running well. ProMax is friendly and easy to work. We highly recommend ProMax for your heating needs.
Our radiant floor heating went out just before Christmas! We had another company come out, and they obviously knew nothing about radiant heat, they ordered the wrong part, and when it finally got here, it turns out it wasn’t the problem after all. We called ProMax and Kyle came out, looked over our system, told us what the problem was and ordered the part for us. He kept us up-to-date and informed and made it out here just before the weather turned nasty. We will always be grateful to promax for the job they did!

I called Ryan for help rebuilding my old Wirsbo in floor heating system. Several other firms had come out and couldn't figure out what to do. Ryan quickly assessed the problems, figured out a solution and got the work done quickly and professionally. His team did a professional job and everything is working great. If you want a pro with a brain and the ability to do a job correctly hire Ryan.

Ryan has an extensive knowledge of radiant heating systems. His maintenance of our boiler was thorough and well done. He answered our questions with patience and we learned a lot about our heating system. We plan to call him the next time we have any work or maintenance performed on our radiant heating system.

We had a problem with our Radiant floor heater. I called the number listed on the heater unit, they came up. looked some things over, told me "he wasn't sure what was wrong," spent 45 minutes to 1 hour giving me this information that 2-3 different things could be wrong with it. Then handed me a bill for $450!!!! I had previous experience with Ryan from Pro Max, and went on a determined hunt to find him, which forutately I was able to and when I called, he came out immediately, found the problem in 2 minutes, fixed it, spent another hour or so checking several other areas and charged us almost half what my previous bill had been. We have found them to be reliable, honest, fair priced and very professional and kind. We're so gerateful for their knowledge and expertice in their business. I would highly reommend them to anyone!

Our builder hired him to install our radiant floor system in our new home but even after our build was complete we have reached out to him directly several times and he's been so helpful! Needed a repair on our combi boiler as we had a sudden loss of hot water. They communicated with us so well, and even though it took a couple of days/trips to fix, they never pushed back or tried to avoid our calls. They were honest about when they could be at the house and they were on time. They went out of their way to help us. Can’t recommend them enough.
