Recently, a well pressure tank lost pressure, which caused the hot water tank to fail due to feeding the domestic water supply with over 150 PSI input. Ryan graciously took the time to walk me through replacing the tank and helped identify the root cause of the issue. Ryan visited us up in Naples to review our boiler and hydronic setup and to help us understand our options for replacing the boiler when the time comes. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced with these systems. He patiently explained the good and not so good details of the original 2009 installation done by another local contractor. ProMax is one of the very few contractors in the area offering air-to-water heat pump services. I hope our system keeps working fine, but when we need help or a replacement calling ProMax will be my choice.
