Full Boiler System Replacement with NTI Wall-Hung Boiler and Indirect Water Heater

Here's what we were working with - three hot water heaters, a wood boiler, a tangled web of piping, and radiant controls that had run their course. It was a busy, cluttered mechanical space that had been patched and added onto over the years. Functional, barely. But not efficient, and definitely not built for the long haul.

We stripped it all out. The wood boiler, all three water heaters, the old radiant controls, the piping - gone. Starting fresh gave us the chance to do this right, and that's exactly what we did.

The new setup is built around an NTI 95% efficient wall-hung boiler with a modulating burner and outdoor weather-responsive controls. That last part matters more than people realize. Weather-responsive controls let the boiler adjust its output based on actual outdoor conditions, so it's never working harder than it needs to. That's real efficiency - not just on paper, but in how the system runs day to day. Paired with a 120-gallon stainless steel indirect-fired water heater, the home now has serious hot water capacity fed by one high-efficiency heat source instead of three separate tanks fighting for the job.

The radiant system got a full re-pipe too. New pumps, expansion tanks, copper piping, and a custom manifold. Everything is clean, labeled, and laid out so any tech can walk in and understand it at a glance. That kind of organization isn't just about looks - it means faster diagnostics, easier maintenance, and fewer headaches down the road.
